Getting error while mapping additional attributes on WTUser.

I am using Windchill PDMLink Release 11.1 and Datecode with CPS M020-CPS24

We have created attributes on WTUser but we observed inconsistent behavior like attributes values are not populated on info page and Edit Wizard of WTUser. Need support here.
