Grant/Deny popup reset

One of my users pressed the Deny button on the Pop-Up for installing a Java Applet whe he should have pressed Grant. How do I go back and reset the system so we can load the JAVA applet? This is with the installation of DTI.

delete java cache and there's a reset security prompts check box in the
security tab

This folder has these items logged into it. If you delete this it should reset those options.
