Help with searching Maturity History

I need a search that finds objects that have been at a specified life cycle state but aren't necessarily currently at that state.

For example if the maturity history of an object looks like this:

Maturity History (4 of 4 total objects)
Version State
A.1 RELEASED
A.1 Under Review
A.1 Initiate Review
A.0 Development

I'd like the search to return a hit because Version A.1 at one time was at state "Initiate Review" even though that Version is currently at "RELEASED".

In this case simply using the criteria "State" equals "Initiate Review" returns nothing because the current state of Version A.1 is "RELEASED".

You can play with joining the object type to Life Cycle History using the
Object History link.

You then display all iterations of each object at each state, and you can
see what iteration entered what state when, and by whom.

I usually filter the Life Cycle History to just the Action = Enter_Phase,
but you can play with the results.

Hi Al,

That looks like a valuable tool to do what I need unfortunately we are using Intralink 9.1 in which the Report Manager functionality appears to be unavailable.
