How do I give a user temporary access?

If I want to give an external company and its users temporary access to our Windchill data (5-6 months) how would i go about doing that.  Can I create a schedule to deactivate them?  I'd like to avoid having to put an item in my calendar and make it more automatic.

Use ProjectLink to allow them access to what data you want to share with them.

Well, if you don't know a specific cutoff time (5-6 months) then scheduling a date for cutoff is hard.

You could also use a VPN into your system and let them directly into PDMLink.
