Have you ever had to assign a workflow change task to a pool of users? If so, how was that accomplished? For us certain areas of CAD design work as a design pool. Today, whatever user is available and capable claims and completes the work. Since Windchill change tasks are assigned to single users, we don't know how to make them available to a pool.

Jim
In the workflow template, configure the Activity as "Required" then as "Any."
Configure the Activity to Role, then map participants to the Role (a variety of methods exist for this).
Result: Each person gets the assignment. Any one can Accept (optional), resulting in all others' assignments being removed.
When any one person completes, the others' assignments are automatically removed.
Mike,
Thank you for your response. I have passed it along to our system analysts to configure and test. If successful, it will fill a gap in our functional requirements. Our teams are new to Windchill workflow and, when asked, our PTC consultants could not provide a solution.
Thanks,
Jim
This is amazing: "our PTC consultants could not provide a solution..." Whoever you have evidently doesn't know the first thing about workflow development - this is fundamental and basic. They may be worth their $ in some areas but stop paying them for this area.
This is tip of the iceberg on what's important for workflow. Please see attached for just one of the many tools (a spreadsheet) that may be helpful in considering how to configure things.
