Hi @AC_10360569 

The Windchill notifications are delivered by email.

So you need to set an email server that will receive communication from Windchill.

You will get a message to an email client.

You can also enable email logging in the Windchill logs.  We enabled that so if someone says they are not getting emails I can look at the log files and say it did or did not get sent out.
