We are using Windchill9.1,our test server got shutdown due to some issue.After starting the Server we started the windchill,so the Method server,Background server and Server manager got started automatically.but method server and background server is getting closed after that.Technical support claims that the LDAP entry is not available thats way this issue is coming up.can anyone help me resolve this is issue.Is it possible to create an LDAP Entry Manually.
