We are using Windchill 13x. Can anyone brief about how to create and implement Configurable Revision Link between 2 WTParts?

Are we following the same procedure for Configurable Revision Link? I am aware of Configurable DescribeLink and ReferenceLink. How does is master to master link work?

The steps will Install all links including revision links :
