How to set default AutoExecution mode of Project in WIndchill 10.0

How to set default AutoExecution mode of Project in WIndchill 10.0

We have created a custom action to create a Project from PDM object.

The Project is being created but the execution control for created project is manual.

Can anyone help me how to set the execution control to automatic either thru code or thru any preferences.
