I am unable to uninstall Workgroup Manager

Hello everyone,

I have an issue about uninstalling Workgroup Manager 10.2 M030 CPS-13. 

I face this error message when I try to uninstall.

WGM was installed on Win 7 then we upgraded to Win 10. Could it be the reason of the issue?
