IL licensing 3.4 to 9.1

IL licensing 3.4 to 9.1

I have scoured PTC website looking for this. Isn't there some type of
ratio of licenses 3.4 to 9.1? Something like for every (2) 3.4 seats
you have, you get (3) 9.1? I know I have read this before but now
cannot find it. Looking for any documentation on this.

Thanks, Mark

really??? that makes no sense. Intralink 3.4 is obsolete in PTC's eyes.
Maybe you are referring to light user to heavy user ratio? I don't know, but
maybe if you use these keywords, you'll find your way.

Licensing is unchanged from Intralink 3.x to Intralink 9.x.
The ratio is 1 to 1, and is still based on simulatneous users.

Mark,

I think what you are rembering (and it would not be documented here) is the offers PTC was giving to migrate from Intralink 3.x to PDMLink 9.0/9.1. These offers originated due to a change in the licensing structure -- the Intralink 3.x licenses are true floating license while the PDMLink licenses are named licenses.
