Identifying HARNESS part object

Hello folks,

Can you help in providing the needed APi's in identifying the CAD part to be a sub-type of HARNESS.

I am able to do it for a SHEET METAL via epmDoc.getdocSubType () ...., where as it retuns NULL for HARNESS parts.

Has any one face a similar issue ,pls provide your suggestions,

Sounds like you didn't load HARNESS into the types. Or the data was migrated without it set. This all sounds completely custom, so I doubt you'll get much of a response beyond this.

Thank David , do you mean to say to set the attribute in Pro-E tool kit identifying the obj as Harness and then retiving the obj in WC using IBA , etc and so ?
