If the CN Initiator removed from the License groups (due to Termination, etc.), the transaction fails on RTM workflow. The RTM workflow checks for the CN Initiator access (ESI Author) for creating the ESI Release objects.
The workaround which we have is to add the user back to the License group and retry the transaction. We have to fix this issue because:
1. adding a terminated user back to the license group is against some organization's regulations.
2. there is no ESI Failure task because the workflow is stuck on the workflow. So the only way to find these transactions is to perform a search or generate a report.
