Can you elaborate a bit more on what you are looking to do? Is there something specific other than what email integration already exists that you are looking to do? Can't help much based on such a short post.

Hi,

When we initial some project multiple people communication like QA/ Design/ Purchase etc eighter from internal team and external team and based on communication agreed on e-mail project process step by step. Now each and every communication happened on mail so as a make it documented we require a mail chain integration (as a mail thread) on whinchild. Now this facelity available through mail thread converted in to pdf file or save as mail document but we need to automate the same.

So you are looking to take an email thread from outlook and save that as a PDF to a Windchill document automatically? Do I have this correct? Will this be a user specific triggered step? Like for example, the users has the thread in their email client, PDF's it and then wants to save to Windchill easiest way I can see this being done is using the Windchill Desktop Integration when the user can drag and drop a PDF to a folder and have it create a document object with that PDF as content. If you are looking for server level configuration, that is beyond me.

Basically right now drag and drop option is available but we want to integrate microsoft outlook when ever new mail communication happen than it is automatically added as a thread in particular mail.

Have you explored the discussion forum area? Does that work for you? Each object should be able to have a forum for threaded conversations there.
