Installing Pro/INTRALINK 9.1 M040 on Windows server 2008 x64?

Has anyone had a successful install of Pro/INTRALINK 9.1 M040 on Windows server 2008 x64. I am having it crash while the PSI is trying to install bundled oracle. Tech support said it was something wrong with the OCM and directed me to the oracle website to figure it out.

I had Pro/INTRALINK 9.1 M030 installed and working properly on the same machine.

I did get Pro/INTRALINK 9.1 M040 installed on another 32bit test machine just fine that I had M030 running on prior

I am thinking it is a problem with PTC's special recut of Oracle 11gr1 11.1.0.7.0 for W2K8x64 and was wondering if someone else had that problem?

This isn't quite the same situation as yours but it may be related, I've
copied the response from PTC on a failed upgrade during Oracle phase of
installation.
