Intralink 3.4 and 64 bit Windows 7

Is it possible to run Intralink 3.4 with 64 bit Windows 7? If so, what has to be done to make it work? Since Intralink spawns Pro/E is there any problem running Intralink 3.4 in 32 bit mode with 64 bit Pro/E?
