Is it possible to set "Allow sourcing administrators to create organizations" attribute via loadfile?

We creates our organization via loadfile and we'd like to set "Allow sourcing administrators to create organizations" attribute as "yes" (see screen below). Is there a possibility to do this via loadfile? Or is there an another way to do this without using UI?

Per the csvmapfile.txt:

OrgContainer~create~wt.inf.container.LoadContainer.createOrgContainer~containerName~containerTemplateRef~businessNamespace~sharingEnabled~creator~owner~subscriber~conferencingURL~description~internetDomain~OrganizationAddress~conferencingID~restrictedDirectorySearchScope

It doesn't look like any of those available attributes are for setting that option. This would be an enhancement.
