we set it to false. And it should be the default value. (cause in most of case , it is CAD information that is passd to WTPart)
As if the CAD Doc does not iterate, there's no need to republish.... and especially because the WTpart attributes are dynamically loaded in PView ... so really no need to republish ..
an exception may be. The reverse build introduce in WC10, and the ability to modify a CAD built Bill of material. if you modify something in the WTPart side. have to reverse built to synch the CAD....so In this case, the Pview viz is out of date and should not be propagated ....
