Launching ProductView from Firefox

We are using Windchill 9.1 M060 and ProductView 9.0.110. When I try to use ProductView from Firefox, it acts like ProductView is not installed. "It appeas that ProductView is not installed Click here to install ProductView" Is there a way to get this to work?
