Licensing after Windchill upgrade from 11.2

We want to upgrade the Windchill application from 11.2.1.3 to 12.1.2. We have an existing license valid for one more year. Do we need to purchase a separate license for upgraded version 12.1.2 or the existing licenses will work?

The license for Windchill is not specific to the Windchill version. As long as your license is supported (Active) it will work.
