Hi All,
I have encountered errors when trying to login to the Winchill Quality Solution Administrator and Windchill Quality Solutions version 10.1. Screen captures of the errors are attached.
Both of these were working fine before Xmas!

The error from Windchill Quality Solutions Administrator is coming from the Oracle listener. Make sure your DB related settings are all correct.
The error from the Windchill Quality Solutions looks like it could be a port/firewall error. Take a look at article CS95694 to verify that the necessary ports are open.
