How to customize the column length for the attributes (name, number) of the MPMProcessPlan and MPMOperation (and other MPM objects) in Windchill 9.1?

Also there was an issue in WC 9.1 M030 and earlier - mpml's Rosa model files was missing.

In M050 it's ok.
