Misconfiguration - Multiple overlapping base licenses

Use Case: i see "Fix misconfiguration for overlapping base licenses." in my license management report.

Hello,

I find difficulty understanding the windchill license usage summary. (attached)

the report fetched is of last week and i see there is a row "Misconfiguration - Multiple overlapping base licenses"

is there anything i can do the license distribution better? kinldy suggest.

Based on that, looks like you have two users who have both Base and Advanced licenses. Pull a list of users and compare in Excel to spot them. Remove them from one of the groups.

i have another doubt why there are active users but the license used is 0? how is this possible that users are using the feature without license?
