Modifying the participants in the collaboration team tab

Hello,

You know, when you are wcadmin, and you browse in a WTObject, in the Collaboration/Team tab, you can change the participants of the team of the object. You can add roles and so on.

I want to do the same thing with a normal user.t I cannot. I tried to open a lot of ACL's, It does not work. I do not figure out how it works.

Thank you for helping.

This permission is provided to:

Site, Org admin

Manager of the Product/Library

Can also provide to regular users via Policy Adminstrator, with Modify permission for the Team object type. Note; This permission gives 3 of the 4 actions that the others have hard coded: Add User to Role, Remove User from Role, Remove Role. It does not provide Add Role.

It doesn't work, mike

I granted the change permission (and all other permissions) for the team type for my user in the product cabinet, it does not change anything. I tried to put the ACL in the org cabinet or the site cabinet, but it does not help.

I did my tests in a fresh test product without any policies or concurrent rules.

ACL.JPGThank you for your help.

Ok it finally works. The tricky solution is to define the ACL ( for the Team object as said upper) in the System domain of the container (and not the Default domain as usual).
