Can you share any experiences with updating to Windchill 10? Especially for the end users coming from 9.1 or earlier link versions?
How well did they transition to the new user interface? How much re-training was required for heavy users? For light or occasionalusers?
If you haven't gone live yet, have you evaluated the impact? What are you expecting?
We haven't completed a full evaluation yet, but coming from 9.1 we are anticipating 8-16 hours of training to run heavy users through their processes in the new interface and as little as a 1-2 minute video to show light users how to look up a drawing. I'm interested in benchmarking our assumptionsand validating against any real world experiences.
