New PLM packages - Windchill Base, Advanced and Premium

just received a mail about new PLM packages. Windchill Base, Advanced and Premium. But no more details.

is there any overview online?

We received also this information about the modular packages.

The difference between the Windchill Advanced and the Base package seems to be the bom functionality. Can anyone elaborate upon this what function exactly is used to determine this. Is it editing a WTPart or starting the Product Structure Explorer and modifying the bom ?
