Prerequisite Clarification for Building a PTC Windchill Server

Hi everyone,

I'm looking to set up a server for PTC Windchill using Windows Server 2012. In the Prerequisites section of the PTC Windchill PDM Essentials "Getting Started" Guide, it states that the system requires, "2 processors (4 recommended with concurrent server-side publishing)." Can someone clarify whether this means two independent processors, or just one multi-core processor, or something else? Thanks.
