I'm looking for information on how companies have approached their management of Teams for Products / Libraries. IT has managed the Pro/INTRALINK groups / roles in the past (3.x days) and I'm wondering how successful you have been when letting users manage their Teams. What are your challenges? Why did you end up doing it the way you did? Lessons learned?
