ProductView worker does not start with Windchill

How do I ensure that my ProductView worker starts when Windchill starts?

Each evening, we have a batch file to shut down Windchill (Intralink 9.1 M060) for cold backups. and restart.
In the morning, I always find that the PV worker is not running, and must restart it myself (Site > utils >Worker Agent Admin).
After that, it runs fine.

Can I simply add the worker batch file (created by proe2pv_config.exe, located in the adapter setup folder) to by Windchill restart batch file? Even if that works, are there any caveats?

In the "Worker Configuration Wizard - Step 5" screen there is an "AutoStart" checkbox. Check this for automatic restarts.

I already had Autostart enabled.
This is why I am puzzled.

And the startup time is set to 15 seconds.
Should I consider changing that value?

I don't believe the cad worker will actually start until there is a job to be published. The worker monitor should start
though.

I have "Startup Time" = 25
AutoStart = checked
AutoErrorStop = not checked
Max Instances = 1
AutoIdleStop = 300
AutoBusyStop = 0
