Desire is to be able to delete parts and all relative, associated data

I made a mistake with a supplier ID.  Now I have two suppliers with the same name and am afraid it will cause confusion, resulting in data being associated with the wrong supplier record.  Even an "administrator-only" delete tool would be helpful in preserving the integrity of datasets.
