You need an additional module, CreoView PDF Collaboration Option. It uses Adobe Livecycle ES3 and must be installed on a server level OS.
Pricing from your PTC sales rep, but it isn't cheap!

On the Office Worker you need also an Microsoft Office installed to convert documents to PDF.
