Purge Recommendations

Hello All,

We are attempting to schedule purge jobs and facing challenges. Most of the time purging is completed with conflicts and few times the purging failed due to some null pointer exceptions.

Even when the purging is completed with conflicts, we do see some iterations that are not deleted. And don't know where to look for conflicts.

Are there anyone out there who face the same purge issues. Are there any recommendations in building the purge query.

I recommend engaging tech support but purging in general can be a
challenge. Crappy interface, long runtimes and frequent errors. The
structured nature of the data can make some purges impossible. I would
recommend doing purges in smaller sets. Similar objects and use folders
to collect items for purging (Just remember where to put them when you
are done). In general, you should purge WTParts, then CAD Drawings, then
assemblies then cad parts.
