Read-Only Vault

Just did our production upgrade this past weekend (9.1 > 10.2 M020). All good except one thing.

The defaultsystemvault and defaultsystemfolder come up Read Only + after Windchill restart. Can manually set to not Read Only. Didn't have this in multiple upgrade rehearsals. Had all users in training last week on the to-be production 10.2 system and didn't have this issue.

Ideas on what would cause this? We have a tech support case pending - just pinging other users for ideas.

A folder/vault would get set to read only if Windchill tries to write to the folder, but can't. Is the vault mounted on the local machine, or is it on a network share? If the vault is on the network and there was a point during the upgrade where the Windchill system couldn't connect to the network share, then that would cause the vault to get set read only.
