I am doing my first major replication test.
I have defined the replica vault for automatic folder creation.
And it had created 2 folders so far.
I had set wt.fv.useFvFileThreshold=true and wt.fv.fvFileThreshold=50000 on both the master and replica (and restarted Windchill).
Yet, there are over 80,000 files in the first replica folder.
What might I missing?

There is a patch from PTC for 9.1 M030 that addresses this issue.
SPR# 1879915, Patch# 9.1-M030_1879915 ~ FileTransfer ignores the
vaulting configuration (root folder, Thresholds) and stores all the
files in a single folder.
According to the SPR, the issue was fixed in 9.1 M040. I am using 9.1 M060.
And I am not having the vaulting problem on my master vault, including migration.

Thanks to all that replied, and special thanks to Randy who solved the problem.
One of my xconfmanager settings on the replica server had a typo error.
This prevented all settings from propogating to wt.properties, which has now been fixed.
Additional folders are now being created and used on the replica server.
