My company recently upgraded to Release: 10.2 M030-CPS14 in Windchill and the REPLY TO COMMENT in the Process tab under discussion is now greyed out. All users will right-click to get that function, but it no longer works. I'm assuming it's a setting, but I cannot get our local Windchill support to figure it out.
