Required Creo View Adapter 5.1 to Download.

If anybody can help sharing download link of Creo View Adapter 5.1.

 

PTC have discontinued the version and is not available to download.

 

If any one here can help me and share the downloadable link, the it will be great help.

Got it from Tech Support after case justification.

 

they have shared it through PDS.

Hello Jignesh,

Even though PTC has removed the old version of the software files from their software download page, you can still connect with the PTC technical support for the downloading archive version of the Creo view adapter with the business justification. They can make it available for you.

I have raised a support case for same and i am waiting for reply from PTC.

Case was also raised by my team on Friday.

Still there is no response from tech support.

 

So thought to connect to community members, if any one can help.

Not sure it would be legal for the community to post links to software, even old version. Curious, why do you need an old version? I would note that PTC has changed license models of the years. You need to make sure licensed properly also, even if its an old version. 

Hi,

 

We are planning to upgrade to latest Windchill and Creo version in couple of months.

But right now we are on Creo 3.0 with Windchill 11.1 M020.

Internally decided not to directly upgrade to Creo 8.0 or 9.0. So as an intermediate version we want Creo 5.0.

 

This is the reason. And we all know the cost of upgrade right (Hardware/Software and consulting) that too every 4 years (too less) is really painful (That is what i guess is the standard Support period of any Windchill major release)?
