Rest api to Create Reprentation in Windchill

Looks like there are api's for fetching representations  from windchill and need to know whether there are api to perform to CUD operation.

for create it is not possible https://www.ptc.com/en/support/article/CS376728

for fetch you can use

• Use GET /Parts('{PartId}')/Representations API to get Representations
