Script Error Windchill 11.0 & WGM for Inventor

I've seen this error here on the website and looked at Knowledge Base articles about it, but they all seem to be pretty old. 
It occurs when opening WGM 11.0-CPS11 for Inventor on Windows 7 & 10.  I just dismiss it but would

Anyone seen this script error lately?  Any idea about how to get rid of it?

I always change the default web address before I push out new Workgroup Managers.

Set 'home.page.url' to the desired address in the 'wgmclient.ini' file.

Tom, that's an interesting idea.  I can see it's value, so you pic a website to put in the 'wgmclient.ini' file?  Do you set some sort of corporate site, or google.com, perhaps?  I like this as a policy and I'm curious what people would typically do.

I actually set it to blank:

home.page.url=about:blank

I just realized I'm also disabling the display of script errors:

java.script.errors=Hide and run

I also set this. (See this page for an explanation.)
