Using PDMLink 9.1, m010
PDMLink search's return results forNEW objects that are in user WS and have not yet been checked in to Context (or Commonspace) Is there a way to filter these objects out of the search results or a way to identify them as new and only existing in a WS and not elligible for download or checkout? I know you can go into the Detail of the object and find out that it is new.
This is causing confustion for our users when search's return results, but they can not download or check out.
Thanks,

Hi
it could be some access permission issues. On our system only the admin can see those data.
In addition, in your search result you can customize the table and add a column for Cabinet. If the data is new (ie not yet been checked in), the value of the cabinet will be the username. otherwise it is default (or at list not a user name).
Try this, it should be help.
Also, if the cabinet value is always "default" for checked in data, you could use this as a criteria during a search
Nevertheless, I think the users who can see other's new data have too many access permissions.
