Searching in Windchill

I am not a Windchill user but one of our sites has recently upgraded from version 8 to 10.

I was wondering if anybody knows how to increase the maximum number of returns it lists when performing a search?

At the minute it is limiting a search to 2000 records. There are just over 37000 records of a particular file type that I want to find in one go so that I can check them all out of the database. Anybody know an easy way to do this?

Use a query builder report to find them instead of a search.

You can ask Windchill Administrator increase the setting of com.ptc.windchill.search.queryLimit, but it will have performance impact if setting it too large.
