When comparing different iterations of same part, it is not possible to filter out Line number.
When comparing different iterations of same part, it is not possible to filter out Line number(of Part Usage link attribute)(not treat line number as difference).
Only "Part Usages" can be removed in Comparison Options dialog.
As another option, "Compare to Part Structure" can filter out Line number, but it can not compare same parts' different iterations.
