Set column width

Hi all,
in windchill, how can I set up the columns width?
I can set, for each windows (checkin, checkout, workspace, ecc...) which columns I want to see, but I can't set their width.

In the picture attached, for example, I can't set how large must be the column named "posizione" (position folder in server).
