Show preview of a URL on details page.

I am using Windchill PDMLink Release 13.0 and Datecode with CPS 13.0.0.0

We have a hyperlink attribute on which external URL is shown. We want a preview for the same URL.

I don't think this is possible. Maybe with customization perhaps. Or maybe with a 3rd party browser-plugin? But if such a plugin existed, it would probably apply to all links.

We need a preview of the link shown in the figure labeled as "66508" on Mouse Hover.

Chromium already shows a url preview in the status bar, is that what you need?

No, Preview should be in a box. Example 

You see, when i hover on the link it shows me this preview. But this is done using extension on chrome.

In windchill it does not work.

So, preview shown in image I need for windchill attribute.
