String length

I am using Windchill PDMLink Release 11.0 and Datecode with CPS F000

when setting an attribute constraint on Name (String length ) it applies to all the layouts except MAPSB layout for example New Downstream Part creation .

Constraint works In Windchill 12.0.2.2
