Sync failed, unable to get Inventor UWGM COM Helper

Hello there,

I'm an IT Support specialist (I'm still a newbie).
A colleague from another office (who works on PLM/Inventor) has this problem:

WWGM ERROR: Sync failed, unable to get Inventor UWGM COM Helper.
Failed allocate dvfFile.

I've never used this program and the only colleague who knows the program in on vacation.
Can you please help me?
