Unable to Open Microsoft Excel Document in DTI w/Windchill 10.2 M030
PTC Technical Support has reported a defect in Windchill Desktop Integration where Microsoft Excel documents cannot be opened directly from Windchill using Microsoft Excel. They can be opened with the browser interface, the DTI search interface in Microsoft Excel and Windows Explorer. Details of the issue are documented in CS209610.
The fix has been identified and corrected in Windchill Desktop Integration 11.0 and 10.2 M030 CPS08.
