Unable to install Windchill 11, using Oracle 11g

Hello. I'm in the same situation as this post here: https://community.ptc.com/t5/Windchill/Got-an-error-while-installing-Windchill-11-on-Windows-7/m-p/1000814, and I'm using Oracle 11g, version 11.2.0.4. However, I'm still getting this error.

Can you share the logs? Strip out any identifiable details first.

If you get the same error as https://community.ptc.com/t5/Windchill/Got-an-error-while-installing-Windchill-11-on-Windows-7/m-p/293732, provide the OCU_Ptcinstall.log here, it will provide the reason why OCU failed to install.
