When trying to add a assembly to a workspace there is an issue that shows
up in the Event Manager that indicates that there is an issue with one of
the parts.
Here are the two messages that I can see
"Cannot retrieve family table neutral data"
&
"
Could not find the column with column id wt.epm.familytable.EPMFamilyTableAttribute:11697707
"
It is very odd, because of this issue during the "ADD" we are not able to
open any of the files in the workspace.
