Upload issues on ePDM 12, Creo 11.0.4

I am having the same issue as this topic: https://community.ptc.com/t5/Windchill/Upload-failure-starting-quot-Upload-Failure-code-J03-WCCLD/m-p/384733#M45043 , we are on ePDM 12, Creo 11.0.4  any ideas what could cause this?

There can be many. I searched for that in the knowledge base and many articles came back. Some point to upload sizes, vpn issues, local cache

Hi Avillanueva, 

what I did is, borrowed a Creo license, disconnected from VPN, and this actually worked, not sure why would VPN cause an issue, never happened before, clearing the cache didn't help, the file size if fairly large, but yes  bottom line, it was the VPN.

thank you so much for researching this, I will keep it for our records.
