Users can´t Promote Multiple Objects

Hi! I've been trying to promote multiple parts from an assembly, but the system returns the "promotion request failed. Contact the administrator" msg. It's possible to promote the files one at a time, but not the entire assembly and parts. All parts and the assembly belong to the same product, and I'm the owner. Other users tried to promote them too, but with no success. Is there any policy rule or configuration I could change or create in order to solve this? Thank you, Simei

Typical errors: All promoted parts/documents must be in the same lifecyclestate (design-preproduction-released). The windchill parts are not promoted if not selected, but will still give the error. Add the windchill parts to the promote request and insure that alle parts and documents are in the same state.
